Wedding Photography in St. petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, Florida -- A photograph, whether of a child, an executive, or an entire family, should tell a story and covey to the viewer the history, emotion, and passion behind the subject. Therefore I strive to create portraits that our less “traditional” and slightly more edgy while still retaining a crisp professional look. I find that the best portrait photography is done in an environment the subject is comfortable with; therefore we have all of the resources to turn any location into a complete photography studio.

About our Wedding Photography

Thanks for stopping by and checking out some of our photography!!! As you can see we try to bring a unique blend of wedding photojournalism and traditional wedding photography to our work. We strive to capture real emotion, relaxed portraits, and incredible details. It's your wedding day and I firmly believe that the wedding photography should tell the story of your wedding day in as unobtrusive way as possible.

We pride ourselves having an "eye" for the image before it happens and not our ability to pose a group photo, if it is super formal wedding photo's you want we are unfortunately not the team for you. But if you want relaxed attitude and a flexible team that will be with you capturing real moments from the very beginning of the day to the last dance we would love to have the opportunity to work with you.

Our team and our studio are small. On your wedding day you will be working with just me and my assistant/second shooter Bradley Ennis. We are also not just a wedding mill cranking out beautiful wedding photography every weekend, we actually rarely allow ourselves to book more then one wedding a month. This allows us to develop a stronger relationship with our clients and to make sure we are sharp for your wedding day, it also allows us to give each and every photo and wedding album the the attention is deserves in processing and layout.

We are available for Wedding Photography in all of Tampa Bay (St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Clearwater) and for destination wedding photography around the world. Please feel free to drop me a note with any questions or to arrange a consultation.

Wedding Photography Tips

Whether you choose to hire us or not I still want you to have amazing wedding photos that you will cherish forever.  Therefore I wanted to share a list of tips and things to keep in mind when planning your wedding and going about your wedding day to help insure you have your wedding memories captured.

Remember that these are just suggestions and that first and foremost the most important thing is that you have the wedding day you want to have.

~ When planning the order for the day consult me before finalizing the time of the ceremony.  Depending on the location and time of day 15 minutes can make the difference allowing your wedding photos to go from just good to absolutely stunning.  Also the last thing you want to do is to be at a beautiful location and step outside for photo’s only to find that the sun has already set.

~ You stand at the alter for 10-20 minutes...when its time to put on the ring, the kiss, take your time, don't rush through, enjoy the moments. This will also give plenty of opportunity for great unposed photos!

~ For the best/easiest flowing portraits with the bridal party and family, I highly recommend, planning who you'd like these portraits of, making sure the individuals know where to be, and providing me with a list (with names and groupings). This is always a chaotic process, but this allows myself and Bradley to give direction to your family/bridal party/guests, and to focus on getting the photograph perfect.   This way we can also get you to your party as quick as possible.

~ Have fun!!!  You've planned this wedding for what feels like forever but... it is one very short day- so enjoy it & make sure the photographer is someone you'll enjoy being with because they'll be around you more than any other vendor.
